Meals are served in our Waterfront restaurant. With inspiring views of Flores and the surrounding archipelago, positioned to catch the amazing sunset over the National Park, you can listen to waves lapping at the shore while enjoying your meals.

Angel Island offers an A la carte menu for all meals.

We stock local beers, a wine selection local and imported, and cocktails.

We also have a set breakfast menu Rps. 150.000 per person, which consists of Tea/Flores Coffee, Fresh fruit plate, Toast & Jam, choice of Omelette, Pancake, Fried Rice or Fried noodles.

All of our food is 100% organic and freshly sourced from local suppliers, and freshly prepared, we offer an extensive Western, Asian and vegetarian menu. We will try our best to accommodate any special dietary requirements please let us know in advance of your arrival to allow us time to source what is required, but please take into account our shopping is done in Labuan bajo and usual items found in Europe or even Bali are hard to find here.

Fish is served, which we source from local fishermen who fish with lines outside of any protected areas.
Please note that due to destructive fishing techniques used to catch shellfish, squid, octopus and cuttlefish, we do not offer these dishes on the menu.
